Graduation Project
Designed and implemented a Time-over-Threshold (ToT) discriminator circuit board to measure the energy of analog signals from radiation detectors. Utilized a high-speed LVDS receiver to convert the duration a signal remains above a specific threshold into a proportional square wave. Converted this timing information into a precise voltage amplitude using an integrator circuit equipped with a high-speed op-amp. Integrated a hardware anti-coincidence circuit to automatically reject invalid signals outside the specified window and employed a 74HCT123 monostable multivibrator to coordinate readout timing.
